Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support / After-Sales Representative to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely assistance, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients after purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved
Manage after-sales services, including product support, returns, and warranty claims
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics) to resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve products or services

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in customer service or after-sales support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations
Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
Fluency in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
