Position Objectives:

  • Support effective coordination and implementation of routine immunization and vaccination campaigns.
  • Ensure proper vaccine dispensing, distribution, cold chain management, and stock monitoring.
  • Strengthen monitoring, documentation, and reporting of vaccination activities.

4.Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support vaccination activities and campaigns.
  • Coordinate between MoPH, PHCCs, district physicians, and partners.
  • Manage vaccine distribution, cold chain, and inventory.
  • Conduct monitoring, reporting, and field follow-up.

5.Expected Outputs:

  • Vaccine distribution and stock reports.
  • Bi-weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • Field visit and compliance reports.
  • Monthly report pertaining to the above activities and attendance schedule
  1. Required Qualifications:

Education

  • University degree in Public Health, Nursing, Health Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Competencies & Skills

  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; French is an asset.
  1. Reporting & Supervision:

Reports to Head of PHC Department / EPI Manager

  1. Contract Type & Duration:

Full-time position (duration as per MoPH contract terms)

  1. Work Location:

Ministry of Public Health with field visits to PHCCs and vaccination sites
