Requirements:
• Age between 30 and 50 years old
• Minimum 5 years of experience in preparing hot and cold mezze
• Strong knowledge of Arabic mezze dishes and presentation
• Ability to maintain high quality, consistency, and hygiene standards
• Experience working in a professional kitchen environment
