Job Description

Indoor & Outdoor (Office-based with field visits)

Job Summary:

The Sales & Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company’s services. The role involves a combination of office-based activities (calls, proposals, coordination) and outdoor activities (client meetings, site visits, networking).


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calling, referrals, and networking.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and service trends.

  • Prepare and deliver service presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Sales Activities (Indoor & Outdoor):

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries.

  • Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in coordination with management.

  • Close sales deals and ensure smooth handover to the operations/service delivery team.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding service-related inquiries.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a service-based company.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage both office-based and field activities.

  • Results-oriented with strong follow-up and closing skills.
