Minimum Qualifications Required:

BS in computer science, bachelor’s in computer engineering or

Communication Engineering.

Years of Experience required:

At least 4 years of experience in developing, installing, operating, and maintaining 

software systems. 

Knowledge/Expertise/Skills required:

1.    Software development experience using Python, PHP, .NET, and JavaScript programming languages. Experience with the Django framework, PostgreSQL databases, and SQL. 

2.    Efficient in handling information and resources within an organization to promote knowledge retention and sharing information. 

3.    Innovative uses of technology for development, particularly in the areas of data access, mobiles, and open source. 

4.    Experience in rolling out large-scale projects, especially in hard-to-reach areas in developing countries is highly desirable. 

5.    Strong Experience with HTML, CSS, and templating. 

6.    Strong Experience with revision control systems such as GitHub. 

9.    Efficient in handling information and resources within an organization to promote knowledge retention and sharing information.

·         Cloned and configured BMA codebase established in a dedicated environment for the Sector version.

·         Makani module reconfigured to education-only services and simplified beneficiary registration.

·         Attendance tracking features implemented for both NFE (Makani) and Dirasa programmes.

Testing, Validation and Go-Live Preparation

·         Rollout with the MEHE team and feedback implementation and bug fixes
