1. Communications support for MoSA programmes and reform initiatives
|
· Draft and update talking points, briefs, background notes, and key messages for the Minister. · Liaise with Media and journalists · Prepare thematic briefing materials to support the Minister’s engagement on social protection, AMAN, disability, social safety nets, social services, humanitarian assistance, and emergency response. · Produce communication and social media material on policy, institutional, and political issues relevant to MoSA’s work. · Draft and support speeches, presentations, interventions, and official remarks. · Review and refine ministerial messaging to ensure alignment with MoSA priorities and ongoing initiatives. |

2. Strengthening communication and collaboration with development partners, media, and other stakeholders;

· Support the Minister’s outreach with donors, UN agencies, embassies, civil society, and public institutions through preparation of briefing and follow‑up materials. · Draft concise meeting summaries, agreed action points, and follow‑up notes. · Support the organization and follow‑up of high‑level meetings, official visits, and external engagements. · Track partnerships and coordination actions linked to MoSA priorities, particularly in social protection, disability, social services, and emergency support. |

3. Coherent and consistent messaging across social protection and reform efforts
|
· Draft, review, and edit communication materials related to the Minister’s work, including statements, remarks, short public messages, and social media content. · Translate policy and programme developments into clear, accurate, and accessible messaging for public communication. · Support visibility of MoSA initiatives, partnerships, meetings, and field visits through coordinated communication outputs. · Ensure consistency between MoSA’s policy positions, programme implementation, and public messaging. · Contribute to campaign and public communication content as required. |

4. Strategic public communication on social protection
|
· Support the design of a long‑term communication effort that goes beyond awareness‑raising to build public understanding of social protection. · Contribute to messaging that clarifies MoSA’s role as a protector and enabler and promotes social protection as a shared public responsibility. · Support communication approaches that build understanding and trust through transparency, credible messengers, and lived experiences that make social protection tangible and relevant. · Integrate these narratives across ministerial communications, engagements, and public outreach. |

5. Continuous and responsive public outreach, including emergency response
|
· Provide day‑to‑day communications support to the Minister in line with emerging priorities and developments. · Coordinate across policy, outreach, and communication tasks within the Minister’s office to ensure responsiveness. · Track key meetings, decisions, and communication needs to anticipate follow‑up and briefing requirements. · Support rapid preparation of communication materials in response to emergencies or time‑sensitive developments.. |
