  1. Position Objectives
  • Ensure continuous functionality and enhancement of the MediTrack system
  • Support national scale-up of pharmaceutical traceability up to the patient level
  • Strengthen data generation and analytics for regulatory and decision-making purposes
  1. Core Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain, upgrade, and optimize the MediTrack Information System
  • Develop, test, and deploy new system features and functionalities
  • Ensure server, database, and system performance
  • Coordinate with software developers and system users
  • Provide technical support to MoPH and external users
  • Deliver training and update user guides
  • Support development of technical guidelines and procedures
  • Conduct data analysis and generate dashboards and reports
  • Submit monthly progress reports and perform additional related tasks as assigned
  1. Expected Outputs
  • Functional and optimized MediTrack system
  • New features tested and deployed
  • Training sessions delivered and guides updated
  • Monthly technical and progress reports
  • Clean, standardized datasets and analytical dashboards
  • Monthly report pertaining to the above activities and attendance schedule
  1. Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front-end and back-end development
  • Experience in NGO or public-sector settings

Competencies & Skills

  • Front-end and back-end development
  • API design and system integration
  • SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong database and data security knowledge
  • Analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
  1. Reporting & Supervision

Reports directly to the Head of the National E-Health Program and works in coordination with system users and partners.

  1. Contract Type & Duration

Full-time position, one-year contract (renewable subject to performance and funding).

  1. Work Location

Ministry of Public Health, Beirut.
